There was a toboggan and ski hill behind the lodge, which was operated for 3 years.
The toboggan ride was long and fast, with the runout on the Swamp Creek flats.  A
rope tow was used to pull people up both the toboggan hill and the ski slope.  There
was a platform at the top and a lever was tripped to get the toboggan ride started.
